10. Al Wasi
Al Wasi is located in Oud Metha and overlooks the Dubai Water Canal. The border of this district is Sheikh Rashid Road, while its main streets stretch from Airport Road to Oud Metha Street and from Hamdan Street to Al Kabeer Road. It has around 36,000 people who live in villas spreading over about 10 million square meters.
