According to the report issued by the global consulting in real estate Savills, Dubai has been crowned the hub for high net worth individuals which is economically beneficial, due to the ample financial opportunities, low business taxes, and great quality of living offered in the city.
“Dubai combines financial incentives with a good climate and quality of life,” notes the document, further stating that the city has cemented its position with the global elite.
On the other hand, Abu Dhabi has shown interest regionally from wealthy investors due to its expanding luxury housing market, cultural elements, and clear vision for economic growth in the long run.
Also, with the absence of income tax, superb infrastructure, and a blend of luxurious and safe lifestyle, it’s no wonder these two cities from UAE are becoming prominent centers for global wealth.
